Inter-project networking is deemed to be not feasible at this time on the current network architecture due to ACL scale limitations (see Adam's comment above). This will be reconsidered as part of the future VPE integration potentially with Fabric Gateway.

to level set a bit here, this should be captured under the umbrella of VPE features. not possible with the current (network ACL) approach at scale.
