An excellent idea, it would be good to have options for smaller machines or Clouds for developers and smaller companies, sometimes we only need 1-2 vCPU and about 1-4GB depending on the case and more than one Cloud or machine can be used if necessary.

sounds interesting. We love the little t1.small for example, something in that price bracket and BGP would be fantastic.
