Enable capacity planning and guaranteed infrastructure by allowing organizations to purchase Ready-Stock servers. Ready-Stock servers are delivered to an organization and can be deployed immediately but billing doesn't start until 90-days after delivery or the device's first provision, whichever comes first!

Also would be helpful that it isn't enabled as default but something that AE/AM's can enable on an account. This helps to prevent lots of resource depletion for any client on EM.
