Allow customers to create reservations that co-term with existing reservation orders. This removes the challenge of managing reservations with staggered end dates.
E.g. - if a customer signed a 12-mo order on July 1, 2022, there should be a way to add additional reservations if desired, at an appropriate rate, on Nov 15, 2022 on a term that ends June 30, 2023.
The expectation is there would be restrictions governing the availability of co-terming, and that there would be pro-rating of a co-term reservation if it begins on a date other than previous reservations.
