In the case that users need to use the Customer Console on their mobile device, it is not responsive or usable. Users should be able to use the Customer Console on their phone or tablet as they can on a PC.

Having a supported management console that works in adverse conditions (low bandwidth, small screen, etc) is a plus for ops teams that may be asked to debug a situation when they are away from their normal workplace.
