Support Project API key name in logs

This idea was imported from Canny. Originally created by: Sal Carrasco. The current owner is: Miles Thomas.

When a user uses Project API keys, the actions in Timeline (logs) are listed as performed either by org owner user or as by project_name. From looking at the provided logs it is unclear which Project API key was used to perform each action, i.e creating or destroying servers. Updating the logs to include the name or unique identifier of the Project API Key, would improve visibility into who is performing each action.

Actually when you use Project API keys, the actions in Timeline (logs) are listed as performed either by org owner user or as by project_name. So you cannt understand from logs which Project API key was used to perform those actions (could be adding or destroying servers)
