The bidding and deployment of Spot Market Instances is currently an API / developer experience only feature - when rebuilding the new Customer Console UI, we chose to examine the current flow and look for areas of improvement for this feature before reintroducing it.
Users have expressed interest in having us rebuild these screens for those wanting to deploy and manage their Spot Market Instances without needing to do this via a terminal, Terraform, etc. (as it worked in the Legacy Console).
