Currently, it is difficult for customers and internal success team members to discover or subscribe to incidents or maintenance events unless they are specifically looking for them. It would be great to improve the status page to clearly have Incidents vs Maintenances. Some use cases that we should support with our status page are: - Please notify me of all service impacting events or maintenances for Network Edge and Fabric in XYZ Metro(s) - Please notify me of all global (e.g. portal/api) related events or maintenance for [X] product - Please notify me of all events in X Metro(s)
