Customers would like the ability to have backups and restore backups of their instances, providing them with a way to create a restore point for their instances before performing any major system upgrades or making significant changes to the software or configuration within their instances. This would give customers greater control over their infrastructure and provide them with an added layer of protection against potential issues or data loss.
