When an instance becomes unreachable over the network, it can be hard to debug. Serial might not be enabled in the OS, making SOS unavilable. Even if serial is configured situations like a kernel panic could make it unusable. It would be helpful to be able to get a screenshot from the BMC to help debug what has happened in these scenarios.

Hi, it would be great if there is a API available to grab the serial logs of the instance for analyzing the cause of failure and troubleshooting. Thanks.
