Today, a failed provisioning operation generates an email to the requestor, but doesn't seem to leave a trail visible via the API (project events, etc). It would be great to expose these failures via the API so our automated processes have that additional context.

The only mechanism we currently have for an events log is nested in Organization and Projects settings. There are also events that happen that are more "ephemeral" than others - that is to say, a toast notification and nothing more, which can result in customer confusion.
Having a more prominent messaging stream in the Console would be an objectively more accessible experience for Console users.
